Facing many difficulties with the increasingly diverse products being investigated and the scope of investigation expanding, but through appeals, many Vietnamese export products have escaped trade defense cases, but according to Minister Dien, the appeal work of many cases has achieved positive results, such as the steel and honey cases.
Typically, the United States concluded that Vietnamese stainless steel wire does not evade the trade defense tax being applied to Korea, and some steel pipe products do not evade the defense tax that is being applied to Taiwan - China. , Vietnam's large solar cell enterprise does not avoid tax and temporarily exempts this item from tax.
